Yep, I discovered this not too long ago, but I can pretty safely say there is no interstate 60 that goes through Colorado. I don't think there's a 50 either. Been on pretty much all the others though.

Yup, knew this for most of my life. And the spurs or business loops off them have distinct number patterns as well. They have 3 digits with the 1st number being odd for spurs, even for loops. The second 2 numbers are the interstate they connect to.

There's no Interstate 50 or 60 primarily because there are Federal Highways 50 AND 60 that run coast to coast and they didn't want to confuse them with similar numbered Interstates. They skipped over 50 and 60 to leave themselves room to expand the Federal Highways to Interstates at some point in the future if needed.
