Let's take a moment...
As we are all disappointed in the result today, lets take a moment to pray ( or whatever you may do) for Jack Campbell's full recovery.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

I hope it's nothing too serious. It's scary when a player goes down & isn't moving. My best of wishes for a speedy recovery.

I second this from Ben. That was an incredibly scary moment. You just hate, hate, hate seeing it. Puts all the mayhem into real perspective in split seconds. https://t.co/yfXKh5uv7S

Lions provide update on LB Jack Campbell
The Lions have provided an update regarding the condition of linebacker Jack Campbell, who suffered a neck injury during Sunday’s game against the Vikings.
“Jack Campbell continues to rest and recover at a local hospital,” the team said. “Preliminary indications are positive and out of respect for Jack and his family we will not share further information at this time.”
Campbell was taken to the hospital following the fourth-quarter collision that left him motionless. He was immobilized and transported off the field.
At the hospital, Campbell has been treated for his neck injury. The team has provided few specifics at this point. Campbell remained hospitalized overnight.
We wish him the best as the recovery process continues, and we will provide updates as they emerge.

That doesn't sound great.

Dan Campbell: Jack Campbell is “improving”
The information out of Detroit regarding the status of linebacker Jack Campbell continues to be general. Regardless, the general message from Lions coach Dan Campbell on Tuesday morning was positive.
“The good news is he is improving,” Dan Campbell said regarding Jack Campbell on 97.1 The Fan.
Jack Campbell suffered a neck injury early in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s win over the Vikings. He was taken to the hospital, and he remains there.
Dan Campbell also was asked about the impact of the Jack Campbell injury on the rest of the team.
“Well, I think the thought of him — knowing he’s doing better — you know, and I’ve kept the captains up to date and they’ve let the other guys know is good news,” Dan Campbell said.
In the absence of specifics, there will continue to be a sense of significant concern among the football community. For now, we’ll continue to monitor the situation, share any updates, and hope that Jack Campbell continues to improve.

It's what they're not saying at this time that is more concerning...
Hopefully he'll be ok to live a good long life, this far transcends football (as we know.)
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

STATEMENT FROM JACK CAMPBELL
My family and I want to sincerely thank everyone for the overwhelming amount of love, prayers, and support we’ve received over the past few days. It means more to us than words can express.
I’m incredibly encouraged by the progress I’ve made in such a short period of time. I have full movement in my lower body, and I’m continuing to make progress with movement in my upper body. I know there’s still work ahead, but I remain very optimistic. I’m taking things one day at a time, staying positive, and focusing on getting better.
My faith in God has never been stronger. I know He has a plan for me, and I trust in that plan. I know there may be challenges ahead, but with my faith, my family, and so many people in my corner, I know we’ll get through this.
I especially want to thank the athletic trainers and medical personnel who responded and cared for me on the field. I know those were difficult moments, and I’m incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and care you showed me. The way you handled everything and looked after me when I needed it most is something I’ll never forget. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I also can’t say enough about the incredible care I’ve received from the medical team at Henry Ford Hospital and the Detroit Lions medical staff. They’ve been amazing to me and my family throughout this process, and I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done.
To my teammates, coaches, and everyone in the Lions organization, I want you to know how much I love and appreciate you. This team is a family to me, and the way everyone has been there for me means everything. I’m proud to be a Detroit Lion and couldn’t ask to be surrounded by a better group of people.
One thing I’ve learned about Detroit is that this city is built on toughness, resilience, and grit. That’s exactly how I’m going to approach this challenge.
Please continue to keep me and my family in your prayers. We feel the love, and I can’t thank everyone enough.
God is good. My faith is strong.
Jack Campbell
