Potential Ivan Pace Replacement

I thought for a minute that Pace was out to lol
The problem with Pace is he's built short and stubby: short arms. Makes it much harder to wrap up a guy, not get stiff armed, etc. When he lines you up, he can hit and take a guy down. But its also easier to shed him when he's pursuing or he has to lunge.
I'm sure he's gotten an earful from Flo. We'll see if things improve today. Chase Brown is no Bijan, but he's no slouch either.
