Yea id say its pretty damping indictment on who the problem is. And I watched the tape today, they are definitely open. He isn't cutting it loose.

I think the “Call of Duty” stuff admittedly was overblown, but Kyler doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency AT ALL. Like I never see him talking to his receivers during the game. Then I think about the stuff that came out that he was last in the building and the first to leave.

It’s like everyone in that building add everyone that sold his signing ignored everything people warned about Kyler. And now we’re surprised it’s working out like it is.

I looked up something that Addison said. I knew the basic of the meaning. But here is what he said and the whole meaning behind the statement. But this is wild since this is all the same shit coming out

“Everybody has to be intentional throughout the week” - Addison

Means everyone needs to be purposeful, focused, and deliberate with their actions every day.

It means not just going through the motions, but making conscious decisions that contribute to achieving goals and producing positive results.

For example, in a leadership or workplace setting, it means:

Take initiative: Don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.

Be consistent: Put forth effort throughout the entire week.

I also basically knew what meant & who he was mainly referring to. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Thanks for the specifics. It all sure does "add up", "hit the nail on the head", etc.

Sure hope there's some changes made & quickly.

Yeah, I just found it interesting when they broke it all the way down. Makes a ton of sense. I think we all know what or who he was referring to, but breaking down the meaning just puts a lot of light on it all.
