It's basically just moving down from what should be a low 1st rounder to what should be a high 2nd rounder. It's not even outside the realm of possibility that we'd have pick 32 and they would have pick 33. So it's basically JT for a 3rd and a little upgrade. I'd do it. But backs just don't have the trade value they once did, so it's hard to dial it in.

Texans got Joe Mixon for a 7th rounder a season after he rushed for over 1,000 yards and had 9 TDs. That was a cap move by the Bengals, which lowered his value. Is the Colts situation similar? I don't know. But MIxon was 27 and Taylor's 27.
